Warranty Policy

Coverage:

• ⁠ ⁠All plastic wire and flat healds sold by AAS Tech are covered by a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear.

Claim Process:

• To file a warranty claim, customers must contact our support team at info@healds.tech / 8799599296 with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
• ⁠If the claim is approved, we will replace the defective product at no cost to the customer.
• The customer may need to return the defective item to our facility for inspection.

Exclusions:

• ⁠Products that have been altered, mishandled, or improperly maintained.
