About Us
AAS Tech is more than just a heald manufacturing company. While we specialize in producing high-quality healds, we also manufacture essential spare products such as tubes, leg pins, and springs. Our mission is to revolutionize the textile industry by improving the quality and durability of spare components used in weaving. Beyond this, we are continuously innovating and developing new solutions, creating a one-stop destination for textile manufacturers.
Our healds are manufactured using Swiss technology and are designed to outperform traditional alternatives, ensuring superior strength and durability. We offer nine types of flat healds—O, C, and J—each available in three sizes: 260mm, 280mm, and 330mm. These healds integrate seamlessly into both automatic and manual drawing systems and are compatible with a wide range of loom types, including rapier jacquard machines, power looms, shuttle looms, airjet looms, and waterjet looms.
Our Story
AAS Tech was founded with a vision to address the challenges faced by weavers worldwide. The textile industry employs nearly 60 million people globally, yet inefficiencies in traditional weaving components have long hindered productivity. Machine downtime, yarn damage, and frequent replacements lead to production halts and wasted materials. AAS Tech was established to solve these problems with cutting-edge innovation, offering reliable and efficient solutions that enhance weaving performance.
The Founder’s Vision
The journey toward a solution was not easy. Nirav Shah, driven by the desire to solve the problems that weavers faced daily, embarked on a five-year journey of research and development. After numerous trials, the result was the breakthrough creation of Zwai Flat Healds and Duos Wire Healds, which are transforming the weaving process by reducing friction, minimizing yarn breakage, and increasing production efficiency.
